Wounded Warrior Project and other charities
At DesignWraps.com, philanthropy is an integral part of our business model. We believe strongly that we have a calling to support charities that help children, our veterans and their families, and those who are sick with cancer and other life-threatening conditions. That is why we have formed the WRAPS Faith, Hope, and Love Foundation and why we have created special skull caps and dorags such as those with breast cancer pink ribbons and POW/MIA designs. The purpose of our foundation is to help the following great organizations help others.
Fisher House--enables military families to be close to a loved one during a hospitalization
Wounded Warrior Project--supports soldiers seriously wounded in military conflicts
Make-a-Wish Foundation--grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions
Susan G. Komen Foundation--provides education and research on breast cancer causes and treatment
Mercy Ministries--offers free residential treatment and Biblical counseling to girls in need
St. Judes Hospital--treats children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases
March of Dimes--improves the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality
Breast cancer pink ribbons head wraps
A portion of all our sales supports our WRAPS Faith, Hope, and Love Foundation. We also have a series of special products. A portion of the sales of each of these wraps will go to a specific non-profit charity. You will find "freedom isn't free," "God Bless the USA," "In Memory of Our Fallen Heroes," and "The Price of Freedom Is Written on the Wall" designs that support the Wounded Warrior Project. There is a special love tattoo design for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, POW/MIA designs for the Fisher House, and Christian dorags supporting Mercy Ministries. Finally, we carry head wraps with breast cancer pink ribbons in support of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. You can see all these wraps by browsing through our Wraps for Charity section.
